Automation rules route tickets by intent, tag conversations, auto-close spam, and trigger macros that insert dynamic customer data. Rule-based and AI-powered auto-replies handle common requests (order status, returns, shipping) without agent intervention.

Gorgias uses ticket-based pricing starting at $10/month for the Starter plan (50 billable tickets/month). Basic is $60/month (300 tickets), Pro $360/month (2,000 tickets), Advanced $900/month (5,000 tickets), and Enterprise custom. Additional tickets beyond plan limits incur overage fees. All plans include unlimited users, unlimited channels, and unlimited automation rules. The Automate add-on, which uses AI to resolve tickets automatically, is priced separately based on resolved ticket volume.

Gorgias integrates natively with Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Magento (Adobe Commerce), Recharge, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Attentive, Postscript, Loop Returns, and Gorgias's Shopify App Store listings. The REST API and webhooks support custom integrations.
