The 2026 change: an AI-credit allowance per tier

The headline per-seat prices are the same as they were in early 2026, but Monday's AI is no longer a flat add-on. Each paid tier now bundles a monthly allowance of AI credits that power Monday AI, the Sidekick assistant, and AI blocks inside automations. The allowance scales with the tier (about 1,000 on Basic, 2,000 on Standard, 3,000 on Pro). Teams planning to use AI blocks heavily should size against that allowance, because credits are consumed per AI action and run out before the seat price changes.

Automations are still the deciding line

Automations remain available only on Standard and above. The Free and Basic plans provide zero automation, which is the single most important pricing fact for anyone choosing Monday.com for its automation recipes.
