The Harmony Design Studio''s drag-and-drop mapping interface is approachable for integration developers without Java or enterprise middleware backgrounds. Scripts in JavaScript or Jitterbit''s scripting language handle edge cases without leaving the Studio.

API Manager Included

API Manager lets teams publish integrations as governed REST APIs with rate limiting, authentication, and analytics. Smaller competitors either lack this or charge for it separately. MuleSoft Anypoint includes it but at higher total cost.

Editor''s Note: We used Jitterbit Harmony at a manufacturing client (NetSuite + SAP + Salesforce + Magento) for order-to-cash integration. Estimated annual contract: ~$48,000. Setup took 9 weeks. The pre-built SAP adapter saved an estimated 4 weeks vs writing RFC wrappers manually. The caveat: when we tried to extend Jitterbit with a custom Python service, the preferred integration path still nudged us back to JavaScript scripts, which slowed the work relative to how we would have handled the same problem in Prefect or Temporal.

Verdict

Jitterbit earns 7.3/10 in 2026. Strong Salesforce/NetSuite/SAP coverage and included API Manager make it a solid mid-market iPaaS. Opaque pricing and a desktop-inflected heritage are the main drawbacks. Best for mid-market ERP + CRM integration projects.
