Jitterbit is an integration platform founded in 2004 and headquartered in Alameda, California. The Harmony platform provides cloud, hybrid, and on-premises integration between ERP, CRM, HCM, and ecommerce systems, targeting mid-market and enterprise customers in manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and higher education.

The Harmony Design Studio (Jitterbit Studio and Cloud Studio) offers a graphical canvas for designing operations: source data is read from an endpoint, mapped to a target schema through drag-and-drop transformations, and written to a destination endpoint. Scripts in JavaScript or Jitterbit's scripting language handle complex logic. The platform ships with more than 400 connectors covering Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP ECC and S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle E-Business Suite, Workday, ServiceNow, and common databases. API Manager publishes integrations as REST APIs with security, rate limiting, and analytics.

Jitterbit uses subscription pricing by edition. Standard is estimated at approximately $1,000-$2,000/month for small deployments, Professional at $3,000-$5,000/month for mid-size projects, and Enterprise custom-priced for high-volume or multi-region deployments. Pricing is not published publicly and depends on connector count, data volume, and deployment model. All tiers include unlimited users and a fixed number of environments.

Jitterbit integrates with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle EBS, and common cloud databases (Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle DB). The App Builder (acquired from Vinyl in 2022) adds low-code application creation on top of integrated data.
