• Payment processing: Fillout does not charge a platform fee for payments, but standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply.
• Database sync complexity: While Fillout integrates natively with Notion and Airtable, complex field mapping and conditional sync logic may require workarounds or external automation tools.
