About Wrike

Wrike is a project management and work management platform originally founded in 2006 by Andrew Filev. Citrix acquired Wrike in 2021 for $2.25 billion, and it became part of Cloud Software Group following the Citrix-TIBCO merger in 2022. As of April 2026, Wrike reports serving more than 20,000 organizations and 2.4 million users, including teams at Google, Walmart, and Siemens.

Wrike provides project planning with Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and table views, along with task management, time tracking, resource management, and document collaboration. The automation engine allows teams to define rules that trigger actions based on task events: when a task moves to a specific status, Wrike can automatically assign it, change the due date, notify stakeholders, move it to a different project, or create subtasks. Blueprints provide reusable project templates with predefined task structures, dependencies, and automations for repeatable processes (product launches, client onboarding, sprint cycles).

Wrike offers five pricing tiers: Free (unlimited users, basic task management, limited features), Team at $9.80/user/month (Gantt charts, board view, 50 automations/user/month, integrations), Business at $24.80/user/month (custom workflows, time tracking, request forms, 200 automations/user/month, Salesforce integration), Enterprise at custom pricing (SAML SSO, custom roles, audit reports, 1,000 automations/user/month), and Pinnacle at custom pricing (advanced analytics with Tableau, locked spaces, advanced resource management). Add-ons include Wrike Lock (encryption key management), Wrike Integrate (advanced integration engine), and Wrike for Marketers.

Wrike integrates with 400+ applications including Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, GitHub, Adobe Creative Cloud, Tableau, Zapier, and Make. The REST API enables custom integrations for tasks, projects, folders, and comments.
