QuantumBPM is a workflow and decision automation engine that combines a BPMN 2.0 process runtime with a DMN 1.5 decision engine in a single product. It is developed by Coroid s.r.o., a company registered in Nové Zámky, Slovakia (company registration 48340031), founded by Richard Bízik; the QuantumBPM product and its SDKs date to 2026, while the legal entity was registered in 2015. The product positions itself as an alternative to Camunda, with an explicit migration angle for Camunda 7 installations approaching end of life.

The engine is distributed as a single Go binary and, per vendor documentation, uses Temporal for deterministic workflow execution and PostgreSQL for storage. Vendor-stated BPMN 2.0 coverage includes timer, message, signal, error, escalation, and compensation events, gateways, embedded and event subprocesses, multi-instance activities, and call activities. The DMN side supports FEEL, decision tables, boxed expressions, business knowledge models, and decision services at a stated DMN 1.5 Conformance Level 3. The strongest independent evidence for the decision engine is its listing in the official DMN Technology Compatibility Kit results, where QuantumDMN 1.0.0 passed 3,367 of 3,391 tests (99.29%), recorded 20 February 2026; the same results table lists Goldman Sachs jDMN at 100%, Trisotech at 99.97%, and Camunda DMN-Scala 1.9.0 at 84.05% (recorded 2024).

QuantumBPM is offered as managed SaaS or self-hosted via Docker Compose and Kubernetes. A free development server runs locally from a single Docker image with authentication disabled, limited to local evaluation. Client SDKs for Go, Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript are published under the MIT licence on GitHub, generated from one OpenAPI specification; the engine itself is proprietary. Billing is credit-based across both engines — one credit per DMN evaluation, process start, service task, user task, timer fire, or published message, with history queries free. As of July 2026 the pricing page lists two paid SaaS tiers, Starter at $199/month and Scale at $1,199/month, plus a custom-priced Self-hosted/Enterprise option with no usage limits; the free local development server is a quickstart, not a priced tier.
