Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an integration platform-as-a-service from Oracle Corporation, generally available since 2016 as part of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. As of April 2026, OIC is the default integration layer for organizations running Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, and other Oracle cloud services.

The platform provides application integration, process automation, B2B for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), file-based integration, visual data mapping, and a visual builder for web and mobile applications. OIC ships with more than 80 pre-built adapters for Oracle applications and common SaaS products, handling authentication, schema discovery, and bulk data operations. Recipes provide configurable integration templates for common use cases (sync accounts between NetSuite and Salesforce, propagate orders from Shopify to Fusion, synchronize employees from Workday to EBS).

Oracle Integration Cloud pricing is consumption-based using Oracle Cloud Messages. OIC Standard is approximately $0.6246 per message (5K-message pack) and OIC Enterprise approximately $1.2492 per message, billed hourly on OCI. A typical entry-level deployment (125,000 messages/month) runs approximately $2,500-$3,500/month on Standard and $5,000-$7,000/month on Enterprise. Enterprise adds B2B, healthcare protocols, and file server capacity.

Oracle Integration Cloud integrates natively with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX), NetSuite, E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Oracle Database, Autonomous Database, and OCI services. Third-party adapters include Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, and hundreds of REST/SOAP endpoints.
