Klaviyo's flow builder creates automated email and SMS sequences triggered by customer behavior: abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase follow-up, welcome series, win-back, price drop alerts, and back-in-stock notifications. Flows support conditional splits based on 300+ customer attributes including purchase history, browsing behavior, email engagement, predicted customer lifetime value, and custom properties synced from ecommerce platforms.
