Annual contracts typically range from $100,000 to $500,000+ depending on the number of bots, users, and add-on modules.

On-Premise

On-premise deployment is available for organizations with strict data residency or air-gapped network requirements. Pricing is negotiated per installation and includes server licensing, bot licenses, and support contracts.

Hidden Costs and Considerations

• Per-bot licensing: Each unattended digital worker requires a separate license. A deployment with 10 unattended bots can cost $5,000-$10,000/month in bot licenses alone, on top of user licenses.
• IQ Bot add-on: Intelligent document processing is an additional module not included in base pricing. It is billed per page processed, with volume discounts available.
