Editor's Note: We supported a healthcare provider through an RPA shortlist in 2025 that included UiPath, AutomationEdge, and Power Automate. UiPath won on document understanding for clinical forms, but AutomationEdge came in materially cheaper for the ITSM bots that handled password resets and access requests.
