Tell us what you found

Atlas Labs is a free sandbox, and it gets better from what people tell us. Use this form for feedback, ideas and bug reports, to arrange adjusted limits for a course or workshop, or to suggest a recipe. A person reads every message.

What we want to hear

Feedback and bugs

What confused you, what broke

A route or page, the status code and what you expected are enough. Keep your keys out of the message; they are never needed.

Ideas

What you wished was there

A mission that should exist, a tool that needs a recipe, something the fictional company ought to do or get wrong.

Teaching or training

A course, a workshop, a class

The limits are counted per network address, two sandboxes at once and ten a day, so a room on one connection can hit them. Tell us the date, the group size and roughly how long, and we can arrange adjusted limits for your session.

Only so we can reply. It goes on no list.

A link to the tool's documentation for a recipe suggestion, or the dates and group size for a class.

Delivered via Formspree.
A person reads every message.

Your message goes to Formspree, which emails it to us; nothing about it is stored in Atlas Labs or linked to any sandbox. We reply from an ordinary email address, keep the thread as ordinary email, and add you to no list. There is no newsletter. Formspree's own privacy policy covers what it keeps. After you press Send you will land on Formspree's thank-you page, not ours; that is expected.

Found a security problem? Email cybersecurity@shadow-gen.com and describe what you saw, with the request and the response and any keys removed. If you would rather not use email, choose Security as the topic on this form. Please test only against sandboxes you created. We would rather hear it from you than find it later. The disclosure policy says what is in scope.

What happens next

01

We read

A person, not a filter. Every message, including the ones that only say thanks.

02

We reply

When a reply is useful, from an ordinary email address. We do not promise a turnaround time.

03

It changes things

Bugs get fixed and ideas get weighed. When a page changes because of a message, the page changes first.

Questions people ask

Will I get a reply?
A person reads every message. We reply when there is something to say, from an ordinary email address, and we do not promise a turnaround time.
I am teaching a class. Can the limits be adjusted?
Yes, on request. Choose Teaching or training and tell us the date, the group size and roughly how long the session runs. The limits are counted per network address, two sandboxes at once and ten a day, and we can arrange adjusted limits for your session. Ask before the day rather than on it.
Can you add a recipe for my tool?
Suggest it with the Recipe suggestion topic and link the tool's documentation. We add recipes when they are useful to people testing here; a recipe is not an endorsement.
I found a bug. What should I include?
The route or page, the status code and error code, what you expected, and what you were using, such as curl, Zapier or an agent. Never a key.
Where do security reports go?
By email to cybersecurity@shadow-gen.com. If you would rather not use email, use this form with Security as the topic. The disclosure policy has the scope and what to expect.
Does Atlas Labs store my message?
No. Formspree delivers it to our inbox, and nothing about the message touches the sandbox database. Nothing you type here is linked to any sandbox.
