ElectroNeek
platformRPA platform built for IT service providers
Only RPA platform designed specifically for managed service providers, offering unlimited bot licensing and white-label capabilities that let MSPs deliver automation to their clients profitably.
Our Take
ElectroNeek found a genuinely underserved niche: RPA for managed service providers. While UiPath and Automation Anywhere fight over Fortune 500 accounts, ElectroNeek lets MSPs offer automation as a service to their mid-market clients. The unlimited bot licensing model is the key innovation — MSPs pay a flat fee and can deploy unlimited bots across their client base, which makes the unit economics work in a way that per-bot pricing from UiPath never would.
The product itself is competent but not spectacular. It handles standard RPA tasks (screen scraping, data entry, file manipulation) well enough, and the low-code builder is accessible to MSP technicians who aren't software developers. But it lacks the depth and polish of UiPath's Studio or the AI capabilities of Automation Anywhere.
The real question is market size. The MSP-specific RPA market is growing but still niche. ElectroNeek's Y Combinator backing gives them credibility and runway, but they'll need to expand beyond pure RPA into broader automation to sustain growth. Their recent AI additions suggest they know this.
What Sets ElectroNeek Apart
ElectroNeek is the only RPA platform purpose-built for managed service providers. Their unlimited bot licensing model (flat fee, unlimited deployments) flips the traditional RPA pricing model on its head. For an MSP managing 50 clients, this is the difference between automation being a profit center and a cost center. No other RPA vendor offers this channel-first approach.

Market Position
ElectroNeek doesn't directly compete with UiPath or Automation Anywhere — they compete for different buyers (MSPs vs. enterprise IT). Their actual competitors are smaller RPA tools that MSPs might white-label, plus the growing threat of AI agents that could automate simple tasks without traditional RPA. In the MSP channel, their main competitor is 'doing nothing' — most MSPs haven't started offering automation services yet, which is both the opportunity and the challenge.
Our Story
Founded in 2019 by Sergey Yudovskiy and Dmitry Karpov, who recognized that managed service providers were missing a massive opportunity: RPA. While vendors like UiPath and Automation Anywhere focused on selling directly to enterprises, no one was building tools specifically for the MSPs and IT consultancies that served the mid-market. ElectroNeek was built to fill that gap.
